An authorised Mercedes-Benz repairer is certified by Mercedes-Benz to repair vehicles using factory procedures, genuine parts, and approved equipment. Modern Mercedes-Benz vehicles feature complex aluminium and steel construction, advanced safety systems, and sophisticated electronics that require specialist knowledge.

Miranda Auto Body holds Mercedes-Benz authorisation and is one of a small number of certified repairers in Greater Sydney and NSW. This means your vehicle's structural integrity, safety systems, and manufacturer warranty are fully protected after an accident.

Insist on an authorised repairer. If your insurer directs you to a non-authorised repairer, your Mercedes-Benz warranty may be affected. Whether your policy allows you to nominate your own repairer depends on your PDS — check with your insurer. If it does, Miranda Auto Body will handle all insurer communication on your behalf.
