How It Works
Being in a car accident is stressful. We support you every step of the way — from organising a tow truck through to collecting your fully restored vehicle.
Contact your insurance company and lodge a claim. Your car can be towed directly to our secure facility, or you can book in a quote at a time that suits you. We take care of the rest.
Once the repair work is approved by your insurer, we book your vehicle in and complete all work as per the approved quotation. We keep you updated throughout.
Using our sophisticated equipment and expert craftsmanship, all repair work is completed to pre-accident condition — ensuring the original safety and quality of your vehicle is not compromised.
As part of our quality service, we provide a full car detail service once all repair work is complete. Your vehicle is returned to you looking its absolute best.
We contact you when your vehicle is ready and walk you through all completed repair work so you can see exactly what was done and feel fully confident in the result.
We contact you within a week to check how you're going with your vehicle. We value all feedback and use it in our ongoing quality reviews.
